Shipping & Returns
Clear information about shipping, returns, and your consumer rights.
Shipping
We ship with PostNL, DPD or DHL. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
- Delivery time: usually 1–2 business days.
- Shipping costs: shown during checkout.
- Delivery options: home delivery or collection at a pickup point of your choice.
Returns
We value clarity. The rules of the ACM protect your rights when buying online. Therefore, we always respect the legal return period.
- Cooling-off period: you have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel without providing a reason.
- Return period: after cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the products.
- Flexible: need more time? Just let us know; we are happy to think along.
- Shipping method: registered shipment is not required. We recommend using Track & Trace.
- Contact first: always contact us before returning your order.
Refunds
After receiving and checking your returned items, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. The return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
Conditions (summary)
- Try to return products in their original condition and packaging (insofar as reasonably necessary to evaluate the product).
- Use a sturdy outer box to prevent transport damage.
- Damage caused by inadequate packaging may be deducted. Always use an outer box.
Right of Withdrawal (consumer)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Within 14 days after your withdrawal notice, you must return the products. After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase amount.
Return Form
You can print this return form, fill it in, and include it with your return (copying the information by hand is also allowed).
