Can I come and visit?

It goes without saying that we are convinced of the quality of our products; otherwise, we wouldn't sell them. However, we understand that you may prefer to see the product before you buy it. You may wonder whether your new LED lamp is too big for the space and how the light is distributed. That is precisely why we offer you the opportunity to visit us. This is possible by appointment. Please call us to inquire about the possibilities.

Are you affiliated with a quality mark?

Yes, we are! We believe it is important that consumers are well protected when making purchases, which is why we are affiliated with Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. This is one of the largest quality marks in this sector and is supported by the Dutch Consumers' Association. You can find more information about this in our ‘Good to know’ section.

Returns, how does that work?

You can return your purchase free of charge within 14 days of purchase. You can find more information in an article we have written about this, which you can find here on our blog and on this separate page. If you still have questions, please contact us.

I want to order from abroad, how does that work?

Can I pick up my ordered lamp?

Yes, that is possible! After you have placed an order, you can pick it up by appointment. You can also visit us to take a look at the latest types of LED grow lights and other LED lighting.

How can I pay?

We believe it is important that you can pay securely, reliably, and easily. That is why we use the most reliable partners in online payments. The different methods you can use are:
- Payment upon ordering: iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, MisterCash (Belgium), and bank transfer
- Upon receipt: Cash on delivery
- Upon pickup: Cash

What are the shipping costs at Het LED Warenhuis?

We ship all our packages with PostNL, they are reliable and in most cases your package will arrive within 1 day after shipment. If this is not the case, please contact us and we will send you the Track&Trace number so you can keep an eye on the package. You can also use the PostNL App, where you can enter your postal code to see if any packages are on their way to your door. The shipping costs are charged 1:1, so we will never charge you more than we pay. We do not charge shipping costs for a number of products; for the rest, the standard PostNL rates apply. You can find all rates here. Is my shipment insured? Yes, up to €500 standard via PostNL. Privacy - Is my data safe here?

We are very clear about this: what happens at Het LED Warenhuis stays at Het LED Warenhuis. We will never pass on your name and address details, email address, or company name to third parties. We guarantee your privacy and discretion.

I accidentally placed an order. How do I cancel it?

An order is only complete once payment has been made. If you have not yet paid, it is not necessary to cancel the order. If you would still like to receive confirmation of the cancellation, we can send it to you by email. Please contact us to request this. If you have created an account, you can do this by logging into your account and changing the order. If you have paid and wish to cancel the order, you can do so within two weeks without us asking you any difficult questions. Even after two weeks, a lot is possible in consultation with us.

I have a complaint, where should I go?

The fact that you have ended up with this question deserves our apologies; it means that something has gone wrong, and we regret that. We strive to maintain the high quality of our services and products, which is why we would appreciate your feedback. We aim to make this as easy as possible. You can let us know where we can improve via our contact form, by regular mail, or by telephone. We will do everything in our power to find a good solution. We will try to come up with a good solution within 14 days. If it takes longer, we will let you know. We have been serving many people for years and, fortunately, we have always been able to reach a satisfactory solution with our customers. If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, of which Het LED Warenhuis is a member. Stichting Webshop Keurmerk will attempt to mediate. If, for any reason, the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
